RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return your recent purchase, customers have the option to return your product(s) for a full refund within 30 days of shipment received or online store credit, minus the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)’s are required on all returns. You’ll be contacted directly with your approved RMA number via email.
All authorized returns must be in their original, unused and unopened packaging. Once the return has been received and reviewed, customers will receive a refund to their original form of payment or sent a digital store credit for their next purchase depending on the customer’s preference. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. Refunds post your your banking or credit card within 3-7 days depending on the processing terms of your financial institute.
If you would like to exchange a SVELTE product that was ordered and shipped without damages, each request is reviewed based on product availability and will be honored as often as possible. If product stock cannot support your exchange request we’ll issue an online store credit that can be redeemed at anytime for the value of your purchase. To have your exchange request replied to, submit your request in the form provided and one of our customer support representatives will contact you directly via email.
If a product is missing from an order or damaged in transit, the issue must be submitted on this Returns || Exchange page within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement item. Customers are asked to upload a photo(s) and a description of the damages, then a downloadable PDF will be emailed with a return shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped to the customer.
